ANGEL MORRIS

Angel is a San Diego-based producer and editor with extensive experience in both broadcast and digital media, with a focus in long-form natural history. Their portfolio includes projects with entities such as National Geographic, NBC, PBS, and more.

In 2021, Angel achieved acclaim with their award-winning debut film, "Diving for Rays," which premiered on WaterBear Network. They won the Original Voices Pitch competition by If/Then and NBCU in 2023, leading to their sophomore project "Love Birds", which is currently in production. 

Presently, Angel serves as a full-time editor at Day’s Edge Productions, a renowned natural history production company known for PBS's "Human Footprint" series, for which their work earned them a nomination for "Best Editing" at the Jackson Wild Media Awards in 2023. Additionally, they are also a member of Think Lemonade Productions.

 

Beyond their professional endeavors,  Angel enjoys spending time with their crew - their wife Nicole, and their two dogs and two parrots.
