IN HER NATURE

2023-CURRENT

1 SEASON, 5 EPISODES

We call nature “Mother,” yet so many of her stories have been told through a male lens. In Her Nature follows a new generation of women on the front lines of wildlife conservation, from Nepal’s rhino grasslands and Indonesia’s threatened rainforests to the forests of Madagascar and Costa Rica. Through breathtaking cinematography and intimate encounters with some of the world’s most endangered species, the series reveals the extraordinary lives of scientists, conservationists, guides, and activists working to protect fragile ecosystems against overwhelming odds. Filmed through the perspective of an award-winning, all-women production team, In Her Nature is both a celebration of the natural world and a powerful portrait of the women reshaping the future of conservation. At its heart, the series is a story of resilience, courage, and the belief that protecting wildlife is inseparable from protecting the communities and people who call these landscapes home.
